Is there a cancelation policy?

Our policy allows for cancelation until 3pm the day before the scheduled rental. We do not allow cancelation after this time because your equipment has been set aside and is no longer available for anybody else.

We do allow customers to cancel and/or reschedule their reservations if the ocean conditions are unsafe at time and location of their delivery. Our delivery driver will make this judgment call.
